Happy Landing.

Here in Ireland the excitement level raised on Saturday with the possibility of your beautiful Connie using Shannon rather than Prestwick as its destination. Alas, this morning our hopes were dashed - so I guess we'll just have to travel to Switzerland instead! Best wishes on the crossing! Gerry Dublin

Herzlichst Richard Matt, Urdorf

To the entire Crew and to Francisco in particular, Guys you are doing great. Your daily briefings are outstanding and the pictures bring tears to the eyes. The whole World is watching and following your progress. As I am writing these few lines, I know for a fact that you are flying over the Atlantic, therefore approaching Europe and our Connie's new home. It is a very emotional moment and I cannot even start to imagine the feelings that you, the Crew, must be having. WELCOME HOME. Francisco, you have done it, you are absolutely unbelievable, you are the best! Congratulations to ALL. Be careful, fly her low and slow!!!

Great photo on your website today. It will be a pity if you cant make Prestwick, but if it has to be that way, have a safe journey across the Atlantic. Prestwick has a great history of Super Connies, and we would love to see you there, even just for a short stop.It would hardly take you anytime to get to Paris from PIK!!! Gerry

Hope the u/c problem sorted out,in view of the forecast weather and the possible re-routeing to be made to make good the arrival in BASEL a number of people may be disappointed. We in the channel islands wish you good luck with the ocean crossing which ever route you have to take but if it is to Shannon then on to Basel this route hopefully would take you through the Channel Islands Control Zone and we would welcome your voices let alone your great achivement of bring memories for some of transatlantic crossings by piston enginge aircraft. If you do transit the channel islands zone the frequency is jersey zone frq 125.20.All the best from all in JERSEY.
